ABOUT RICHRich Martinez is a Tampa-based Product Manager and Business Consultant with a focus on CRMs, LMSs, and Security projects. He’s been leading technical teams in product development since 2016 when he embarked on the journey of improving users’ lives by creating products that truly fit their business processes. At that time Rich was certified as a CSP, a CSM, and certified in SAFe.
PHILOSOPHYRich calls himself a “Professional Consumer”. His belief is that if you are going to release a product that helps others, you must first place yourself in the users’ shoes to truly understand their needs. He uses pragmatic practices to clear away much of the bloat inherent in the SDLC.
