Hello, I'm Richard Martinez, a seasoned Product Manager based in Tampa, FL. My passion lies in harnessing technology to make people's lives easier, always aiming to leave things better than I find them. With a career focused on leading multinational teams, I specialize in crafting solutions for CRMs, Ticket Trackers, eCommerce platforms, and system integrations, enhancing security and streamlining processes.

I am an Agile and SAFe certified professional with significant experience across various sectors including education, logistics, and IT consulting. Some of my key achievements include:
